Speaking as someone with pretty severe clinical depression, I can promise you that things WILL get better. But until they do, it's okay to be sad and angry and bitter. Sometimes you just can't feel anything else but bad. But while you're feeling bad, try not to act on those feelings. Because they'll pass, and it may seem hopeless right now, but they will.
